This is a true story. I am NOT kidding... one cannot make this shit up:

This Covid season that has lasted now through 4 seasons, has resulted in many people, today, experiencing unprecedented levels of chronic stress.

September is coming with CHANGE. PERIOD.

That is the only way to describe what lies ahead. There is a sense of recursiveness, we’ve done September before.

It has been many, many long months since we have been separated by Covid.

“I believe” was the title of my blog for January, 2020. I went on to write about all the incredible lessons that I learned over the last decade, the lessons that I chose to pack and take with me as we transitioned into a new decade, that showed me that instead of a decade of PTSD, I had chosen a decade of PTG (post traumatic growth). Here are a few things I packed to bring into 2020:

Over the Canadian Thanksgiving, I am reminded to reflect on the blessings in my life. It is (relatively) easy to practice gratitude on Thanksgiving.
